AI Ethics Charter – Civika AI

We believe in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) responsibly, ethically, and with human-centred values.

Our AI Ethics Charter includes the following principles:
1. Transparency – Clear disclosure when AI is used to generate or personalise content
2. Consent – Personal data is never processed with AI tools without lawful basis
3. Human Oversight – No decisions with legal or similar impact are made solely by AI
4. Fairness – We design prompts and use AI systems that minimise bias and promote equitable outcomes
5. Privacy – All inputs to AI agents are anonymised where possible and never reused for training without permission
6. Accountability – We remain responsible for how AI is deployed and monitored in all services

This applies to all Custom GPTs, AI Agents, automation systems, and SaaS tools we develop or use.
